Updated survey scanner and mining laser-to-rock identification

Sort of interelated, but also independant.

Update the survey scanners so that rocks/ice/gas that are locked are coloured, to help more easily identify them

Make it more easily identifiable which mining laser/harvestor is locked onto which rock/ice/gas. Currently if I set the cursor on the laser a very thin line connects to the object, but it's not at all easily seen, and sometimes can't be seen at all.

Would be a nice "little thing"

I think if they just made the survey scanner the same as the overview in functionality,
it would be perfect and contiguous with the rest of the interface.

I keep trying to bring up the radial menu on scanner results :/
