he never mentioned he cares for isk loss. There is no loss on sisi since everything is 100isk, and you get more insurance than you lose in isk.

what matters is that engaging in pvp without consent is against rules on sisi.
it wastes people's time, and interrupts them at whatever they are doing. Thats why there are rules.

Seeing as he said he was on the gate it was required.

However, seeing as the rules are rarely enforced from what I've seen (Unless its something major i.e. server crashing) then there's not much else you can do than ignore it and re-buy everything

Yeah they did that to me too.....after which i got a nano bsand blew them all up. I feel pretty satisfied with result.
