Hi sec JumpClones

I am able to install Hi sec jump clones for myself in fed intel stations. I'm also CEO of a 1 man corp. Does that mean that whoever joins my corp will also be able to install jump clones there, or do they need to have hi enough personal standings?

If your corp has 8.0 standing or higher with an NPC corp (check the corp standing tab, not your own), then any members of your corp can create jumpclones at stations with medical facilities that belong to that corp.

Corp standings are an average of all the players standings that have been in the corp for more than a week. So a player with bad standing can join your corp and make a jump clone immediately, but if they remain in your corp they will eventually bring the corporate standing down. This is why the jump clone service corporations ask that you leave after you've created your jump clones.

Also note that if you use your own standing, the 'Connections' skill will help you reach the 8.0 required to make jump clones.
While the corp standing is based on the unmodified standing and the 'Connections' skill will not help.

So it could be that you have a modified standing of 8.0+, but the corp has a standing just below 8.0.
As Tau said, check the corp standing tab.

Thank you all for the help. Unmodified standings with FIO are +9.76 and with Garoun Investment Bank +9.87. So that'll be a nice selling point when I want to sell the corp along with hisec pos.

To add to this:


If a corp member is in the corp for 7 days + 1 downtime, his standings are also used to calculate the corp standings.

So say for instance you have 8.2 base standings with the corp
Member "x" joins for a 8 days and has 0.4 standings for that corp


Your corp standings will be: (8.2 + 0.4) / 2 = 4.3

This means that you no longer can use the corp related standings as they are no longer above 8.0 and thus have to get personal standigns with a corp.

The best work around on this, 1 person in corp grinds up standings for corp "x" and NOBODY else is allowed to do missions for said corp so that they do not have standings for the corp and thus are not calculated in the average standings.

Are you sure you are not the alt of a former CEO of mine.

His corp had exactly the same system as I described, with the exact same corp you decribed.
