One of my corpmates said the Eve-O forums are a cesspit a couple of weeks ago. I think that's an apt description.

Yep, covert ops can cloak and warp.

I heard that there is a Bird of Prey prototype that can Fire while cloaked, but those reports are as of now, unconfirmed. I'm trying to get into Jove space to get more information but I have been unsuccessful so far....it's kinda like the 'Undiscovered Country' it seems...
