At what point (approximately) does the minerals you get from refining a module exceed the price of the module (usually)? As per Jita prices? Ive seen on occasion the minerals exceed the price of the module upwards of 400,000

Overall I guess the question is: "Is it better to just mine all modules and sell the minerals or no?"

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit.
