So, what the hell happened? Did we like, nerf Incarna out? A lot of the Incarna stuff is no longer there.


Salvager, Tractor Beam Icons. They're reverted.


I'm just wondering if something screwed up in the patching process or if they meant for this to be changed? I kinda liked the other ones. They made them look somewhat "real".

It was on purpose.

The new Icons weren't easy to distinguish, generally didn't look good and in some cases blended in with the backround of space.

The Incarna icons pictures failed at performing the function of icons and were reverted back into actual icons.

It was an intended change to fix the reduced functionality that came as a result of replacing icons with blurred and low-contrast pictures that offered no representation of what the modules actually did.

From our patch notes:
"It was difficult to distinguish between fitted turrets on ships with the new turret icons. Until new icons have been made the old icons are being re-introduced into the user interface."
