Unable to join eve voice in any channel, even though it's enabled.

AS mentioned above, I cannot join eve voice on any channel, in fleet i have the option, in channels such as corp i do not.

In the eve voice settings I get this message:

These settings are channel specific, as such they require a character to be logged in with EVE Voice enabled. If you are logged in and have EVE Voice enabled there may be some connection issue, please contact customer support (via petition) if this problem persists.

I've submitted a pettion, but I would like to know if anyone else has got this issue, and if they found a work around?

I've disabled and renabled, logged off, logged back on, uninstalled and reinstalled the client update, and I've looked in the monitor and i have come up with two errors they are a client error, and a evevoicx error.


EDIT: Right after this post I restarted the client running it in administration mode, and this solved the problem.
