What does a Corp Director do?

I was in a small WH corp once where we were all directors because the CEO found the corp interface too much of a pain to deal with. :-) But we all knew each other well and from outside EVE, so the risk of spais was, like, zero.

When I ran a larger corp (not this toon, but my main), we had semi-open recruiting and were much, much more careful about granting roles.

If this is a corp where you don't know your fellow members very well, I'd be kinda wondering what was up with the CEO being so free with directorships.

The pattern I am seeing is people "in the know dont do that".

This guy possibly knows nothing and apparently neither does the corp leader guy. That might be why he is asking the actual question "what does a Corp Director do?"

Sounds like he may even want the definition of a Corp Director in a WH Corp maybe?
