I am looking for a Proteus pilot or has the skills necessary. T2 Guns, tank (hull upgrades and mechanics) and Gallente Crusier skills are a must. The actual skills for the proteus aren't entierly necessary but having them is a bonus.

Budget: 3-3.5b
