[Proposal] Let us assemble T3's at POS's

You currently can't assemble T3's at a POS, which is really stupid. You can change out the mods, and you can assemble every other ship in the entire game including a titan, but not a T3. Thats literally ********, you can put together a ship that is supposed to be the size of small moon, but you can't figure out how to plug some sub-systems into a cruiser class hull?
