i was thinking 7 start 10.5 b/o - let me know what you think.

i originally built him as a fleet booster for null fleets. but never got around to it.

Its an older character that hasn't been used for a few years so its not in trouble with anyone. good security status.

a very capable level4 solo pilot.

still flies hacs + sb as well.

very nice missile and shield skills.

Used to be a good scanner as well.
