Ladies and gentlemen, fellow capsuleers of New Eden.

New to some, long known by others, Coreli Corporation have for many years been a leading developers and producers of modern combat booster, providing our customers that extra bit needed to secure that their courier transport aarrives on time, to win the dodge fight or simply to perform better in time of need.

Unfortunately combat boosters are to this day still assimilated with your ordinary drug sold at the street, even if nothing could be further from the truth. Combat booster are a clean and safe addition to whatever fitting you might choose to modify your ship with.

Due to this misconception by empire law, acquiring of combat booster is a hazzle, and even though you see them sold in regular market hubs, getting them to and from those stations is a major issue.

Coreli Corporation have therefore examined who uses combat boosters and where they are used, and from that knowledge we have decided to create what we hope will become New Edens main combat booster market in Yvangier, Essence.
Cutting a deal with the local station manager, we have gained access to cheap and easy use of the market facilities in Yvangier V - TransStellar Shipping Storage.

We have already shipped tousands of different combat boosters, ranging from the weakest to the strongest, to this new market hub and put them on sale at the market at prices that will easily compete with even Jita.

It is our hopes that customers will see the joy of buying in a location not patrolled by Big4 police forces and that our competitors will join us in this, and thus create a flourishing and competitive combat booster market hub in Yvangier.

Let the boosters flow

Why would you announce a hub before it's stable in some manner? Now anyone can go and muck it up.

It is as stable as it gets! All it needs is more sellers and buyers.

Sounds like a sucker's bet to me.

A little trust goes a long way. The less you use, the further you'll go.

I can personally vouch for the quality and professional manufacture of boosters made by our Serpentis friends in Coreli - it is widely known Serpentis product is the creme de la creme, after all.

I hope this project kicks off neatly and also wish good business to Coreli and any future buyers.

I am a little curious on your business approach here.

Whilst I don't deal in boosters myself, I do happen to know that the amount purchased in Essence is tiny. Combo that with your choice of station - around the -80th- most popular station in Essence itself and with a tiny, tiny amount of movement each month and I am struggling to see your strategy here.

Perhaps you are consuming a bit too much of your own product when formulating this plan of yours?

My first choose would have been Tama or Old Man Star, but with only about half the customers being able to make use of the docking services there at any given time, choose fell on Yvangier, being just next to active combat zone known as the Gallente-Caldari cold war and next to high sec for those wishing to try their luck with smuggling that way.

While not a huge personal fan of Coreli or their work, It is difficult to fault the logic in choosing Yvangier from the perspective of a combat pilot. The more popular stations in Essence are (without checking) likely to be in the Warzone actual or in higher security space leaving a large section of their target market cut off.

Not really. It is illegal to carry boosters in high security space itself but not impossible - or hard for those in the knowledge of how - to smuggle them in without penalty.

Those who consume the boosters do so before leaving a station, where they cannot be fined. High security space is just as a viable market as anywhere. Of course the negative security audience wouldn't be able to get them without outside help, which I suppose is where Coreli is stepping in.

But boosters have been in low security space for a long time without astronomical margins. The issue is the rate of use simply is not big enough to justify entering those markets, as you're going to be sat on a decent amount of product for a decent amount of time, I am just wondering why Coreli are not en-masses producing and smuggling to empire hubs such as Jita. I very much doubt Coreli give any concern to the state law.

The last thing that the state needs is a booster abuse problem of course, and any influx of further narcotics is a detriment to the state, but this Coreli strategy just does not add up.

What makes you think we are not also doing this? The market hubs are nice for pilots in jump freighters who can jump straight out avoiding all customs checks but pilots without these ships have a hard time moving their boosters from the market to their area of operations which is why we are bringing the market to them.

If the Yvangier sales location proves successful we will roll out additional sales locations near other warzones.

The Coreli Corporation is recruiting.

You don't need a jump freighter at all. You could use one, but putting such a ship in low security space for the small amount of business would of course be unwise. Not to mention the fuel costs are going to eat into profit when such a low volume is traded.

It will be interesting how this works out regardless, and I'm assuming you'll let us all know if it is successful!

Good luck!

Good idea. +1.

To help to this idea, I have just taken 400 units Standar Crash Booster. His price of sale is 3.250.000 isk. 30 % reduction sale that in Jita.
