Serious FPS drops while undocking with 2 clients

Hi there I got a little serious problem with my 2 cleints, while undocking.
So first my setup
1PC running 2 clients (A and B)
both clients are in games/ccp/ directory
each client got its own directory (EVE1 and EVE2) and desktop link, so each client saves its window locations and more needed, the right screen and the right solutiions.
A: 1920x1080 24" screen, HDMI
full graphic settings, everything up, no resource cache running, dx11
average fps in space 40-80 depending on number of objects

B: 1200x1024 19" screen, DVI
less high graphic settings, resource cache running, dx11
average fps in space 50-80 depending on number of objects

PC:
i7930 2,8 GHz
ATI HD5850 1GB
6 GB ddr3 ram

TIll a few weeks ago there was no problem with both clients, in Jannuary I experienced heavy fps drops while salvaging with client B on 10 targets, client even crashed when I was targeting new wrecks, this issue gone away, looked like to much to handle for the EVE server from one IP

a few days after Jan patch new problem showed up.
I never got any problems fps wise, not on gang warp, jumping, lvl4 missions in crowded systems. but now it mainly occurs if I undock acc A, then my fps on A drop to 10fps and less, causeing B to drop dramatically too, 20-10fps and less, it dissapears after a few to more minutes on its own or i close A or B client, most of the time a jump solves it too, then suddenly fps go back to normal. It occurs if I undock both clients at the same time or just one of them (most of the time its A starting the problem).
All actions happen right, someone watching me in space wouldn't see a difference, all my commands will be taken in real time, I just see it with low fps.
Dx9 or dx11 don't make a difference, even lowering the settings can still cause this prolbem. Looks to me like the server doesn't know which data is from which client on the same IP and it takes to long to seperate.

Is there any solution to this or is thisn known or experienced by someone?
I know my grapicscard isn't the newest, will be replaced soon, but theres hardly money for a new one. Pc otherwise runs on 40-45% cpu with both clients, so this is fine as well.

Would be nice to read some serious suggestions, thanks ahead

try this:

open Esc menu to Display & Graphics in each client.

in left pane about 1/3 down, fiddle with "Present Interval" setting.

I think one of the recent patches reset this to 'ccp standard setting' even if that wasn't the best for your computer.

older than dirt. older than EVE, too.

Sadly the interval settings don't solve this

Please disable anti-aliasing on your clients, an ATI HD5850 will not be able to run both at once with anti-aliasing enabled to the max.

Thx for the response, that solved it, I must have set it to high after a reinstall.
