If you elect me for CSM 9, I will change highsec for the better, No more unfair corporations deciding what goes and what doesn't.

I promise a safer highsec.

I promise lower tax rates.

I promise no API keys, no more being forced to hand over your information to join a corporation.

I promise that neutral logi shall not go suspect in highsec during in-corp skirmishes.

I promise a more united and organized Recruitment Chat.

I promise that employment history will no longer be public knowledge.

We demand change, We demand equality.

Vote for me and you will see huge improvements in corp structure. No more will you be denied and attacked because of API information. Why should i hand over everything about me when i want to join a group of bro's to mine and do missions with? NO MORE I SAY! NO MORE! This is the future of highsec, this is the future of EVE. Vote for me and no more will you have to succumb to CEO/Recruiter demands, no more will you have to hand over your evemails, your killboard, nothing. We can change highsec corporations, we can save the highsec way of life.

Vote for me, Vote for change.

In the hope of stemming misinformation about the CSM, I refer back to something I wrote once:

Anyone who promises to change Eve if they get onto the CSM is either:
A: Misunderstanding what the CSM does
B: Lying to you.

The CSM is an advisory and lobbying body. They cannot make CCP do anything.

Subject 4927 might be better off with a statement along the lines of:

1) I have experience in … (play styles, activities, etc to give people an idea of which pain you share in common with them) … mining, mission-running, hauling, corporation management, POS management, dealing with roles and titles, station trading, etc.

2) I feel that … (relate to the audience in terms of which parts of the game you enjoy or dislike the most, which recent changes you appreciate, and which recent changes you disagree with)

The aim is to win friends, not to buy votes.

Take the time to read Mike Azariah's "So YOU want to be an Important Internet space politician" article (and its follow-up).

And Steve Ronuken needs to learn some diplomacy and tact. You can't beat the devs into submission, you have to win them over with your wit and charm.

A person promising no API, promising to hide corp history, promising to keep logistics ships neutral if they get involved in fights between corpmates, with a corp history so long loading it took twenty seconds and a current corp named "Awoxxowa"?

Steve, Mara, you both been trolled. Blink

I did check the history. And the killboard.

With that 'agenda', it was pretty obvious. The comment was for someone just passing by, rather than the OP Smile
