WTB SUPPORT PILOT FOR MISSIONER 10B MAX BUDGET

Looking for a support toon that can boost a lvl 4 mission runner.....

By boost I mean prove shields or armor... maybe ganglinks to increase damage etc

It would also need the ability to salvage via a noctis


Or on a different path a maruader pilot with lvl 4 standings that can do the salvaging itself.

Thanks budget is max 10b would like not to spend it all
