Why is it that when I right click a BPC, I have the option to conduct Material Research, Production Research and I have the option to Copy when I cannot perform these actions?

I propose that the server does not display these options so we have a slightly smaller menu of actions to choose from when we right click a BPC since we cannot even conduct these operations on a BPC.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.

Not a bad idea. Much like the research and copy tabs on Tech II BPCs - no reason to really have them since they merely tease those who do not have the BPO.

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

Support better localization for the Japanese Community.

Let me combine BPC too please. I want to turn my 10 BPC into 1 10run BPC!

I have 1 or 2 suggestions too:

1) Make them BPC/O's stack-able, of course they have to have the same ME/PE to be stack-able)
2) Have a view that shows the ME/PE, similar to the detail views with various columns to select.

each Bpc is a single item in the database. you cant stack stacks of stacks currently.

The science tab will show you the me pl and runs remaining, use that.
