Want to award corp medals to people out of corp!

I know this is a small thing but I would really like it if this was possible. The safeguard against abuse are already in place I think. It costs ISK to make a medal, then ISK to award it, then the reciever can choose to accept/decline it and also the choice to make it public or not.

Just a small thing.

We have allies and heroes who aren't in our corp. Why they shouldn't be commended for their bravery is strange. And as a bonus, it's an added isk sink in the game as that medal creation and awarding cost goes straight to the NPC banks so you'd think CCP would be all over it Shocked

This is a nice idea that would get use from several types of players. CODE. might reward people for ganking many barges, and the Minmatar and Amarr role playing corps might also reward people for helping them. It would be a good change for the game.
