Ark Class Transport Ships, The Final Class Ship To Release?

Okay I'm just trolling here, just a cool idea, though i'm probably going to get more smartass responses to this"

Why not have ark class ships where it can carry Cap Ships in it's cargo? Has anyone ever had dreads or carriers locked and trapped in 0.4 systems due to enemy control? This is where it would be a good idea to use ark ships to carry the cap ships though high sec/null sec systems to gert them the hell out of those systems. The way the concept would go, you would need extreme logistics to move the ark around, like jump portals capability. Here's a possible attributes it could have:

Bonuses:

Role Bonus: 99.9% reduction of energy capacity use of jump portal generators
Freighter Skill: 50% increase in cargohold capacity per level
Jump Freighter Skill: 56% reduction of Liquid Ozone use for jump portals per level
Capital Industrial Command Ship Skill: 10% increase in Jump Drive Speed per level
Ark Skill: 10% increase to agility, velocity, and Immunity to Electronic Warfare

Note: Even though you can transport capital ships through high sec space, you can't however unload capital ships at high sec stations, only at 0.4 - 0.0 stations only

Attributes:

Structure HP - 800,000
Shield HP - 1,200,000
Armor HP - 1,200,000

Shield Resists:

Kinetic - 45%
Explosion - 56%
Electromagnetic - 33%
Thermal - 54%

Armor Resists:

Kinetic - 54%
Explosion - 33%
Electromagnetic - 45%
Thermal - 56%

Structure Resists:

Kinetic - 70%
Explosion - 70%
Electromagnetic - 70%
Thermal - 45%

High Slots: 1
Medium Slots: 0
Low Slots: 0
Rigs: 3 X-Large

Cargohold:

Capital Ship Storage Cargohold - 3,330,000m3 Can only store Tier 1 cap ships only
Ship Storage Cargohold - 800,000m3 Can only store non-capital ships only
Fuel Capacity Cargohold - 50,000m3 Can only store fuel coponents only
Cargohold Capacity - 20,000m3 Can only store non-ship items only

Description: A truly titanic sized cargo ship, this mother ship makes a titan ship look small in comparison of length. Most can get impressed by it's shear size and it's capacity. Built to become the ultimate transport ship, it is even more vulnerable to attack because of the great valued contents it can transport, not only can this beast of a ship haul multiple cap ships, but has a separate cargohold for regular ships as well. If you are to pilot one of these ships do so at your own discretion, for you may lose everything if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time

but we dont want to make null-sec logistics too easy - moving capital ships from one end of eve to another by a handful of pilots while everyone else simply deathclones to a new staging area?

naa, these arcs are not really needed. capitals allready have mobility- just undock and jump to wherever.

EDIT - besides your arc can only carry 1 dread at a time. not really worth the isk.

I am curious how you managed to get capitals stuck in lowsec, seeing as even if you fail to jump out during the invulnerability timer you can always dock right back up.

Or, onoes, there could just be a freighter variant (both T1 and JF versions) that has a huge Ship Maintenance Bay and some small amount of regular cargo space.

Because capitals in NPC corps under concord protection are nearly invincible and it would be completely ******* stupid?

Uhm... no?
Don't know what happened to your carrier but mine has a jump drive.
