I've been reading through the EULA, and there doesn't seem to be any mention of kill information giveaway to Battleclinic ?

Or am I missing a text ?

If not, then in the absence of a specific rule about that, whom could I contact to have my kill information erased from Battleclinic boards ? Or at the very least, all impending kill information ?

Transfer and Sharing of User Data
You agree that CCP may transfer, share, and/or store your User Data:

◦outside the European Economic Area where reasonably necessary to administer, operate maintain and support the Game and the System;
◦in particular, to the US and China for the purpose of managing customer support and technical issues; and
◦with suitable third parties under a binding duty of confidentiality in order for such third parties to carry out the limited activities of CCP permitted by this Section 7.

They cant be erased, as its not YOUR data on battleclinic.

handwaving the whole CCP owns data and servers thing, the kills and losses are generated from an API, and if someone YOU killed, or someone who killed YOU has their API uploaded to battleclinic, any kills/losses involving you will be posted. this is a fundamental aspect of the game, as the API acts as the character resume for both recruitment and evaluation of proficiency in several fields.

OP please link the character killboard in question, I shall contact relevant parties and do my best to ensure that it is removed promptly.

Kill information may still exist on other killboards outside of battleclinic, if those are also of concern you will have to find someone else with the contacts to remove them.

This is not a forum alt, this is a forum main.
