There never was an option to take them off... So, besides losing the all-caps, and writing a polite petition, forget it.

Also, I think OP is too much a 12 yearold to realise that you can only change features like that on character creation or a full char redo. Not on the normally available re customisation which just affects appearances, not the character itself.

No, thats not actually correct, you can easily remove those features. But there is absolutely no way in hell I will tell anybody asking with CAPS LOCK on.
