Just wanted to say thanks for this program! As a new Eve player, it's really helped develop my understanding of the marketplace!

I am seeing one issue - when I click the "Refine Ore:" checkbox on the Mining tab, the subvalues remain grayed out, e.g. Example

I've looked through most of the thread to see if anyone else has seen this, but maybe I'm the first? Apologies if I missed it!

Thanks,

Thanks for the screenshot.

New build
Build 2.3.5190.28374

  • Trying to copy the shopping list without built items or materials should no longer crash the program.
  • Refining settings on the Mining tab will now be enabled if you save settings to not Refine Ore.
  • Copy and paste materials from in game should now work correctly to update the shopping list.

Thanks for all the updates, price updates are going smoothly now. Blink

There's still something that seems strange to me:

http://imageshack.com/a/img35/6411/n7t5.png

1st screen:
raw material profit: 37.1m
build/buy profit: 8.4m
components profit: -51.8m

2nd screen:
build/buy profit: 37.1m
(with both build/buy components and build/buy raw materials, which is logic since that build/buy materials list is listing all the required materials needed to fulfill the build/buy component list.)

3rd screen:
component profit: -51.8m

So my question: Where does the build/buy profit of 8.4m visible in the manufacture list coming from? shouldn't it be 37.1m as calculated in the 2nd screen?

You are correct, it should be 37.1

Thanks for the screens, I can see the issue already and will fix tonight when I get home from work. Thanks

Built items volume on shopping list is wrong.
I think it shows volume of 1 item of each stack, so 100 small items counts as 5m3, 100 mediums as 10m3 and so on.

Also suggestion: Confirmation box to clear shopping list buttonIdea

An Unhandled Exception has occured and EVE Isk per Hour will now close.

Please fill out the following information so I can reproduce the bug - if you just copy and paste this message, that won't be enough!

What is your Operating System? Windows 7
What tab or screen did the error occur? Blueprint Management
What are the steps to reproduce the Error? Accidentally hitting a ' after the search string in the "BP Search" field causes the program to crash (Also happens when I try it 'non-accidentally', though)
Web link to a screenshot of your error:
In addition to a screenshot, copy the data below for sending to developer.

Source: System.Data.SQLite
Message: SQLite error
near "'%'": syntax error

Quite unfortunate with a keyboard that has the ' right next to the enter key, and sloppy fingers ;)

At the risk of sounding dumb....

Is there a way I can export or transfer my owned blueprints into IPH? Either within EVE and exporting them as a CSV file or using a program like EVEMON to export them. I can't seem to find any way within IPH using the Asset list.

It seems extremely cumbersome to manually input your owned BPOs...since I have ~400.

edit -> manage blueprint -> scan personnal assets

afaik, datas retrieved with the api key don't contain ME/PE on blueprints, so you will have to enter that manually.

Upon further experimentation I have learned this error does not occur if I tell it to use "All" blueprints, and was related to the fact that I had not yet used the Blueprint Manager to tell the program which specific BP's I actually owned. So in effect it was attempting to calculate the profitability of my blueprints without any data. Having corrected for that it no longer crashes when I follow the steps above; it behaves normally.

That being the case, perhaps a dialog box informing the user that this function cannot proceed without first adding one's blueprints when "Owned BP's" is selected.

Cheers.

New build

Build 2.3.5193.34942

  • Items marked as Build/Buy should now load correct values in the Manufacturing Tab.
  • Built item volumes in the Shopping List should now show correct values for more than one item.
  • Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause the program to crash after opening the asset window on the shopping list.
  • Fixed an error that would crash the program when Calculating Owned BPs on the Manufacturing tab when there are no Owned BPs set.
  • Searching text with apostrophes in the BP management search box should no longer crash the program.
  • Changed the labels 'Can/Cannot Build this Item' and 'Can/Cannot Build the Components for this Item' on the BP tab to Double Click instead of Click.
  • Added confirmation box to clearing items from the shopping list.
  • S/M/L/XL selections will now work properly on the Manufacturing List when choosing Owned Blueprints.
  • Paste into search boxes should no longer double paste on the Manufacturing and Update Prices tabs.
  • Trying to update the shopping list with assets after all assets have been removed should no longer crash the program
