Are there any NPC corporations which have agents and the ability for you to create jump clones which have stations throughout all parts of the Eve universe.

I know of Sisters of Eve, but are there any more?

If you don't fancy grinding for standings Estel Arador Corp Services allows you to use pretty much all of the NPC corps jump clone facilities listed in the Eve uni link above
