Bare minimum skills needed to fly Aeon but any extra sp will be considered.

1 1/2 hour away from being able to fly the Rhea ( skillbook will follow if wanted )
Can do up to 9 inventions, copying jobs and ME/PE jobs.

To much wasted sp what I should of said instead of any extra sp will be considered I meant any extra sp that I would need to use the aeon as the toon will be the one using the aeon but I'm just looking for a toon to sit in it atm.
