Sister's Probing Frigate [Echelon Variant]

Much Like the Noctis is a useful version of the Primae, I propose that CCP make a probing boat out of the Echelon for the Sisters of EVE! Not only would this be easy for CCP to do, it would also be a great benefit for players! CCP made a cool ship with the echelon and I believe it needs to be used more.

Weakness / Advantage of T2 Boats

First off this ship cant be too powerful otherwise no one will use the Cov-Ops boats! First off this should not have the ability to cloak. It should also have a fairly limited slot layout and 0 weapon hard points. It will not be able to fit a salvager. Additionally, the SOE are about peace. This ship will be unable to fit an expanded probe launcher. This ship is for exploration! It should be the best at probing and exploring space.

Slot Layout

1 High
4 Med
1 Low

3 Rig

Grid, CPU
110 CPU
20 Grid

This will allow the ship to fit 3 science modules in the mids, or for customization for prop mods and tank if the user so desires.

Role Bonuses
5% Analyzer and Codebreaker access difficulty bonus.
5% bonus to Analyzer and Codebreaker cycle time per level
12% increase to scan strength of probes per level

Skills
SOE Frigate

Overall
I feel like this ship would be great to have in EVE. This SOE are about exploration and science and I feel that this will really fill a role and reflect the overall nature of the corp. Thank you for reading.

A ship for SOE isn't a bad idea. It would give those who grind SOE missions something worthwhile beside the implants.
However, I'm unsure whether additional SOE ship skill is better solution than combination of Empire ship skills like ships of pirate factions use.

i personally like the idea but......

stick a cov ops cloak on and u get......

a buzzard, cheetah, helios and w/e the hell the amarr 1 is

This is true. However, SOE is supposed to be neutral to all corps, so I am unsure what would for skills better. Additionally, a new skill would prevent people from just hopping in it and make it more work / worthwhile to get. Maybe even larger bonuses because of this, say 15% scan probe increase per level. This would really make it stand out.

If its intended to work effectively in the exploration role, needs another high slot (which can just be another utility slot of course) for a salvager for some magnometric sites.
