For those who are unfamiliar with the character transfer process, it costs 2 PLEX (paid by the seller) to transfer the account. At current prices, that means it will cost me 1.35 billion to do the transfer. And it takes time and effort to do the transfer. 1.5bill is the bare minimum to make the transfer worth my time.
