I think the billboards could have more use in my opinion what do you think?

Just some ideas, you would pay Concord for

- advertiseing yourself or your corp.

- use it as a messaging wall ... might get nasty though.

Only if Gate turrets and guards shoot containers, because why pay for billboards when there are 275719639 Bazillion Free Corp Ads container near by?
