Simple character xfer ?

I'm planning on buying a character from the bazaar, but I have 3 of my slot filled with 1 on the biomass recycle countdown.

My question is..

Is it safe to go ahead a buy a character and start the process of transferring it to the account since it takes about as long or longer? or should I wait til the slot is open?

It may not let you, i.e. it may check for a free slot at the beginning of the delay clock and deny it if there isn't a free slot. I've never done a transfer myself so I couldn't begin to tell you with 100% certainty.

I mine so you can have the fuel to run your POS.

Okay another ?, If I make another account is there a certain amount of days before you can do a character xfer on a account?

1. You need a free slot at the exact moment the transfer starts.

2. No idea how old an account must be before you can receive characters.


Maybe you can work out with the seller to start the transfer tomorrow after you ended the biomass timer.
