Wont let me connect CCP link at all gives me SSL problems...

Cannot connect to the real secure.eveonline.com

Try to reload this page in a few minutes or after switching to a new network. If you have recently connected to a new Wi-Fi network, finish logging in before reloading.

If you were to visit secure.eveonline.com right now, you might share private information with an attacker. To protect your privacy, Chrome will not load the page until it can establish a secure connection to the real secure.eveonline.com.



Ideas how to correct this error? if on my end of things?

Confirming that this just happened to me too. Seems as if their server certificates are outdated or having some sort of error. which is annoying because I was just about to give them money.

But i guess if they dont WANT IT....

Issues has been correct with Microsoft Support! If your running 64-bit windows 8 they have a patch!

Experiencing the very same issue myself from since around 9am Eve time, running on Win 7.

Not sure what is going on with with Microsoft windows 7 64 bit lot of people are getting errors.

Looking up last patch which was done on windows, you need to unpatch it. it causes the problems ....

Hi Bepohnka, Have just looked at the update history on my pc and can see that there was 7 Window files/updates downloaded to me on the 12/3, 5 of these files are labeled as "important" whilst the other 2 are labeled as "recommended".

Do I uninstall all 7 files ? or is there a specific one to focus on ?

I ask as I am genuinely not clued up on computer tech at all and am very wary of messing with stuff I don't really understand.

Just reinstalled eve for the 3rd time in 2 weeks because of dumb stuff like this, and yay it works! Launcher still doesn't work but I have the most recent build. Hurray for the 5.5gb patch instead of the 20mb one......

Just, in the last 2 mins or so, tried to log into account management and was successful, not done or changed anything my end.
Hoping it is good for you peeps too.

After some hours with Microsoft, they have told me some files on my pc went bad after patch or other reasons. To correct this re installing windows or unpatching some updates.. If this is happen for all SSL concretions...


If it's just for eve online try and re install the game and maybe placing it on a USB drive may help :)...

I had this problem too. Could not connect to account management, on any browser. Turns out I had a trojan on my computer.

- Run your virus scanner
- Download and run malwarebytes
- Download and run ad aware (optional)

After this my access to account management was restored. Oh and you might want to change some passwords too.
