Maxed PG and CPU with no fittings!

Just came back from vacation and I assembled 2 proteus and both of them have maxed PG and CPU with no fittings, I am unable to fit anything. I tried repackaging and clearing cashe but no luck. All my other ships seem to be fine as well.

It shows the CPU / PG left - not spend, all is well. Fit some stuff Blink.

Uploaded wrong picture but I figured it out, it seems to be a bug with fitting from the personal fittings saver thing. As if I used that all CPU and PG would go to 0 and I was unable to online anything. Even if nothing was online.
