Hello,
And how is everyone doing?
Ive been playing for some 10 years now, but broke away from research and Dev to pursue other avenues of the great game that we have all made a home of. Now i am back to R&D and production, and i still use the MLCALC.exe alas its very dated, and i can't find a decent update for it, so i was wondering, and thus asking you guys, is there a decent website out there where i can search for a BPO i have, and it will tell me what the 0% waste level i need to research it to on the Material Level side, and a breakdown on the Production Level Side. That on the fly i can just use when buying BPOs from contracts, and for stuff i already own. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

I am finding https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk to be very nice. I am not sure if it is the best tool, but it sure has helped me a lot :D

For what it is worth, if you do your own spreadsheets and calculators:

Perfect ML = FLOOR(MAX(Base non-Extra Materials) * Base Waste * 2; 1)
Perfect ML = FLOOR(MAX(non-Extra Materials on a ML 0 BPO) / ((Base Waste + 1) / (2 * Base Waste)); 1)

Where FLOOR rounds down to the nearest multiple (of 1 in this case), and Base Waste is the waste shown on a ML 0 BPO.

The same formulas can be applied to individual non-extra materials to see at what ML they reach 0 waste.

I'm busy writing a new version of the first one linked here.

It'll be pretty much the same, but far cleaner underneath and all ajaxy.

And once SSO is finally released, I'll be adding saving blueprints on the site (optionally)

Woo! CSM XI!
