EVE IPH Industry Calculator Version 3.3 - Now with Live Market data!

Very useful program and the addition of assets makes it even better.

One thing that I am missing is the ability to split prices like this:

Raw Mats: Lowest Sell
Items (end product): Highest Buy
Items (components): Lowest Sell

This would reflect my (and i guess a couple of others) calculation method.

OK try it again. Found what was causing another error. Nah, there was an error in there that I missed.

Are you using Windows 8? Some of the Windows aren't showing correctly. It's on my list to look at but I develop in Windows 7 so hard to test.


I use windows 7 as well, although I do have the size on 125% in zoom option

I've found a strange discrepancy in profit between the blueprint and manufacturing list for the rokh.
isk per hour is almost the same, but profit are tenfolds in the manufacture list.

Here's a screenshot:

Also I think the percentile calculations are a bit off but I can't figure out for which items it happens. One example of improper calculation is the item type "Integrity Response Drones". In this case the value shown is 624k (significantly smaller than actual values) no matter if you select sell or buy percentile.

Ugh, I can't reproduce this. Can you evemail me your EVEIPH.log file in the install directory? As far as the percentile calcs, I'm wondering if they are correct. These are straight downloads from EVE Central and yeah, some of them look screwy. I don't do anything with them out of the ordinary but I'll doublecheck my processing.

On the Update Prices tab, bottom right corner, you can select how to split prices. Are you thinking of something else?

Check your runs on the Manufacturing tab (I can't see that in your screenshot). I think it defaults to 10 for some reason, which I need to fix.

Edit: Ok this is fixed. Will default to 1 and remembers settings. I also added the Taxes/Fees calculation to the Manufacturing tab to match the BP tab.

Ok, I have narrowed down when this happens some. It happens when going to the blueprint tab through the manufacturing tab.

Filter manufacturing list on Medium core defense field extender
double click medium core defense field extender II with no inputs -> goes to blueprints tab
On the blueprints tab, if I change the decryptor, nothing changes. This is not how it worked previously.

If I select the same blueprint from the dropdown in the tab, it performs as expected, changing me/pe isk hr, etc.

The problem seems to occur any time the blueprint tab is entered by double clicking a row from the manufacturing tab.

What is your Operating System?

update prices

What are the steps to reproduce the Error?
checked raw materials, manufactured items, dodixie trade hub and percentile sell in price import types.
(I also tried with minimum sell)

Thanks, working on this now. Not sure why it's happening and can't reproduce, but I know where it is and why so I'll see if I can correct.

First thanks for upgrading your program, and very welcome some fixes and new features Smile

I tested a little and noticed some bugs.
Sorry if these mentioned before, then i just confirm that.


Manufacturing tab:
-When you modify list only with Refresh buttton (example change the sorting) , the color codes are disappearing
-When you change the new runs field, the Refresh button dosent change to Calculate button (like when you change the Prod or Labs)

Blueprint tab:
When you come from manufacturing tab with double click an item
-change decryptor, nothing happens
-runs dont set what you set in manufacturing tab
-Num BPs dont calculated by the decryptor
(always same as the runs, but if you have decryptor and that change bp runs, the Num BPs need to be less
you already made that calculation when you change decryptor, but not activate when you come from manufacturing tab)

Hi.

This morning I downloaded an update and since then I have the following problems:

- It wants to download another update but fails to do so.
- Deleting an item from the shopping list results in crash.
- Pressing the copy list button in the shopping list results in a crash.

Found another bug:

Manufacturing tab
someting wrong with invention decryptor cost calculation, not the same values as in the blueprint tab
only without decryptor (none) prices seems to be correct
with decryptor: profit and iph values mostly incorrect

thats critical.

Some other thing:
Manufacturing tab
If you select: ignore in calculations: Invention/RE
you use none decryptor by default for calculation, but you still can select decryptors, and it will generate a list , with differenct decryptors, with the same isk values

Here you need use the modifield ME PE values by decryptor for blueprint, but with ignored invention cost ( only manufacturing cost )

Dunno if this has been reported before:

Found a bug on the Mining tab: if you select "Refine Ore" the calculations will take mining crystals into consideration; unselecting this will not take crystals into consideration.

Ok put up a new patch, here are the recent changes:

  • The errors that some people were receiving on Update Prices (startIndex cannot be larger than length of string.) should now be corrected. (Note: I cannot reproduce this error so please send me your EVEIPH.log file or evemail me it's contents to help debugging if you still get this error)
  • T2 items on the Manufacturing tab should now match prices, profit, etc with the Blueprint tab when using the same options.
  • The Runs box on the Manufacturing tab will now default to 1 or load your last saved setting
  • Updating values in the runs box will now change the 'Refresh' Button to 'Calculate'
  • Double clicking on a T2 item in the Manufacturing Tab should now allow you to change decryptors on the BP tab.
  • Usage costs should be more normal now
  • Added an option to include Broker's Fees to the Manufacturing Tab

I'll take a look, but it should automatically work this into the price. I'm not seeing any issues right now. Is this still showing after the changes?

Just wanted to say thanks for this program! As a new Eve player, it's really helped develop my understanding of the marketplace!

I am seeing one issue - when I click the "Refine Ore:" checkbox on the Mining tab, the subvalues remain grayed out, e.g. Example

I've looked through most of the thread to see if anyone else has seen this, but maybe I'm the first? Apologies if I missed it!
