Find Fleet Window Column Order +bonus bug

The column order used to have Boss | Fleet Name | Description >useless stuff (I think)

Now it has: Boss | Boss Location | Fleet Name | Members | Description

1. Boss location is always set to private, having this column as second seems useless (to me).
2. Members column, same thing, it's always listed as private so it doesn't need prominence over the other columns.

If we could change the order of these columns, much in the same way we can change the order of overview columns that would be much appreciated.

Here's how I setup my windows to keep everything tidy:

Also, bonus bug: Note the neutral capsuleers in the Guests tab? They aren't neutral at all! Old bug, please fix. I'd like to note that switching tabs between Guests/Agents/Offices used to reload the standings but that doesn't work anymore it seems.
