I have a Iteron V called "Flying Target", because it is. Then there is an old Raven I called "Sunwalker IV" after the space yacht of some hero from a science fiction series I liked.

Nowadays I just have a list of poisonous plants and take a name at random of my list if I commission a new ship.

I like romantic, dreamy names like 'Reluctant Explorer' which was a name I applied to my low sec point to point shuttle.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...

It just depends on the mood. My Purifier is still named Doomerang because I bought back when the original ship model was intact.

Indeed, the things I would do to be able to name a small fleet of exploration ships after the entire "Gravitas" series of ships. Lol

Or indeed warships with the really long GCU names. Smile

Named after famous battleships all though my fav name is "Queen Anne's Revenge" after Blackbeard's flagship (no not after pirates of the Caribbean silly film)
