Here's my theory.

CCP is going to run a couple of these lolfleets, make everyone thing that they are nothing but easy picking's loot pinatas.

Then, after one or two or three of these, they are going to come out with actual fleet doctrine, a well balanced setup, and good ships, and stomp over everything that gets in their way.

It's like a game of russian roulette!

It's CCP.
They can fit their ships for the luls.

That said, imagine how they would have beaten up everybody
if their fittings were actually designed for an effective fleet composition.

I have seen some fits of them being really awesome. And I do not really think they fit the ships this way because they did not know better, but bcause they wanted to have fun in a fun ship. If I had the chance to choose one ship with fitting of which I know it will surely not survive the evening, I'd do pretty much the same.

And the fits are not THAT bad actually.

PS: I would have like to see a structure Tank. ;)

Shipscan random people in hisec. I've seen everything from hulltanked ravens, tripletanked frigates, rocket launcher ruptures etc. All with mixed guns/tank as well, ofc.

CCP's fits are way better than the average eve player's.

They fit so that players could actually win.
Have you ever seen the crazy ass skillbooks they have. Get on the test server and click on one when they are in a jove ship and see the pre-reqs.

Having all skills including one's we don't even know about at level 5 + their superior knowledge of game mechanics makes me think every ship they lost was on purpose.

+ they could see who and what was coming at all times = they let you win.
