tried ganking a miner to realise as soon as i start shooting my warp is disabled, i could have got away after i killed the miner so i think thats unfair to pirates, is there anyway to get away from concord after ganking?

I am sorry but I do hope that this is a joke thread. So you want... highsec to be lowsec?
Oh well... Miners complaining that Hi-sec is not secure enough and Pirates complaining that its too secure...
As far as I know you can't get away from CONCORD, you used to be able to or atleast tank them now they just make you go boom.
But for ganking go with a Catalyst that is what most use to gank me and for Covetors and Retrivers it works very well. Tanked Procures not so much. Just make sure you make more then your ship+fitting cost.

not saying that, im saying that why should concord be able to block your warp as soon as you shoot someone meaning you dont have any chance to get away, they should only be able to do that once they arrive at the belt or the crime scene

yeah i use a catalyst for ganking but solo ganking isnt really ideal considering you have to go reship just to collect the loot that will probably be stolen from someone else

Simple...

Because as CCP stated many times before. If you evade concord you will get the ban hammer. So instead of banning people they just decided to add that nice little feature.

It used to be possible to warp away if you were quick.

After copious whining by those unwilling to defend themselves, it was deemed an exploit to avoid CONCORD, and they now warp jam you the moment you open fire upon another player in highsec.

Warping away used to be ok as long as you received your punishment elsewhere. The problem was, some people got so good at staying ahead of CONCORD they were able to gank several miners with a single Tornado, or gank a freighter with just 2 battlecruisers by making multiple passes.

Who put the goat in there?

Yeah sadly CCP added remote warp scrambling to CONCORD's capabilities after the Boomerang games. Anyone criminal flagged cannot warp in highsec under any circumstance now, unless they are in an escape capsule.

haha, ineluctable. is just as bad in highsec as you are in null. quick, tell them about the time you sat outside of a station for four hours to camp a market alt, or the time you crowed lustily in local after seven - count'm, seven - ceptor pilots caught said market alt in a nubship. even better was when i realized that you were camping an empty dead-end system because you were too dumb to keep someone inside to see if anyone was still logged in.

*~*elite pvp*~*

edit: forgot about the time you chased said alt in a pod for like five systems in your interceptors, instead of just bringing a bubbler out. keep thinking you drove us out and we weren't bored, that 10% efficiency fighting us (even with your 'allies') looks real good on your KB =)

Getting killed by CONCORD after shooting an unarmed target is unfair?
I almost fell of the chair laughing.

It is lame to shoot on unarmed targets in highsec and got punished for it.
Leme guess, you want a button "explode" and every enemy explodes, right?

Tears use to be massive rants after somebody get killed. You and I have a very different view of what tears are it seems.

Which is way more than even the largest, most organized, and competent nullsec alliance can accomplish. And yet, we're supposed to be the gods of the universe.
