Guessing that you mean mineral compression: I have 10 BPOs 425mm Railgun I, researched to ML477 and PL120. For a decent offer you can have them.

More likely ore compression via rorq or he wouldnt have capitalized ore.

Given that the rorqual's ore compression bpo's will be removed from the game once the summer expansion hits and turned into isk based on their npc price would I recommend not paying too much for the researched ones :)
