No, more like the Police Community Support Officer aka The Plastic Plod.

They should have a fetching mid blue band around the ship so that we can all laugh and say "There's one of those would-be police."

Surely it'd give CCP a lot of money, if people were to paint their ganking ships.

But the police comet and New Order has nothing to do with each other.

As the Ship Painting Pilot Program is a pilot program and continuation and extension in the future is in part dependent on player feedback, I would suggest you post this proposal/feedback in the appropriate thread.
