This is a great starting character. Has great core skills and some support skills to make it useful while you build it for what you want. Cyno 5 and good scanning skills make this a useful alt right away, and for those looking to make it their main it has interceptors and light missiles 5 to make you useful to fleets.

Remaps!! - Has 2 bonus remaps available now. Also gains a third remap in 4 days.

Has a full set of plus 5's as well. (500+ mil value)

Combat Log - No kills, no losses.

I asked, he didn't. If you want the toon and are willing to offer more then go for it, otherwise, I won't sell to you lol. I'm fine not selling it in general, so it's not as if whether he bid or not would necessarily change anything.
