There are usually 2-3 ice belts in every region. Make sure you note if the system is high-sec or low-sec. Also research the system in zKillboard so you can find out how much ganking activity it has.

Also note that when you fly to the system with the ice belt, it will be a site in your scanner, not a belt in your nav menu with the rest. And it may not be there as if it gets mined out it vanishes and respawns after 4 hours or downtime (whichever comes first). Between multiboxers, hardcore ice miners and bots, the belts don't stay up too long in highsec.

Also note that if it's for POS fuel, you'll need to buy or produce PI products as well.

I also like to use Ombey's maps (PDF), but don't know if it was updated with the Amarr ice removal. Ice fields appear as a snowflake.
