Ten years, did we ever get something?

So I hit ten years nonstop in Eve last month. At one point I thought CCP made some promises of something special for perks when you hit a decade shooting strangers in the face in space.

Did anything ever come of that?

Yes they did....

When EVE turned 10 years the guys that were active for 10 years got stuff.

He means that fabulous 10 year vet station CCP promised then quickly forgot.

Don't tell me it takes A YEAR to put a station into the game.

Yes they did....

When EVE turned 10 years the guys that were active for 10 years got stuff.

This, slackers who wasn't in from the start got nothing but memories.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

So, the situation with the 10 year celebration stuff is currently in the hands of EVE Development. I can't really say much about it right now, but when we have more information a Dev Blog will be forthcoming.

Aww man, I so wish I had been able to start EVE so much earlier.

Weird as it might sound, if I had to write a list of 10 things I'd do differently in my life, starting EVE when it began, would be on it.
