You are an industrialist, but theres a lot of wasted sp in gallente ships. You trained shield skills, yet youre an armor tanker. You are neither suited for 0.0 nor for low sec. Wormholes are out of the question as you dont have backup probing skills. Only valuable set of skills at V that you have are worth around 6-7b but I figure Id offer 9 due to the amount of SP and cause I like to keep it on a fair level.

I think my offer is generous, if you sell for 10b, great. If not, Ill be waiting until I find something else.
