OK CCP are both the operations team and the support team on holiday again this weekend? Last weekend I was completely blocked from both the game and the support websites due to a network routing issue that was your fault. So again on Thursday (3-6-2014) your mandatory patch has broken my connectivity to both the game and the support sites. I have sent in numerous support emails but I guess no one can be bothered to look at those until Monday. Maybe this rant will catch some ones attention at CCP. I am very sure that the forum troll's here will enjoy commenting on my posting, so have fun.

But just in case one of the CCP troll's is reading this here are the results of my checks to see what the blockage was --

CCP's sand box is EVE Online.  The sand is owned by CCP.  We pay them a monthly fee to throw the sand at each other.  That is all that is here, so move along. Nothing more to be seen.

Spotted DDOS'er making threads cause he didn't get as much attention as he demanded.

Did you try to wait for an answer on the emails?

Calling CCP trolls is probably not the best way to receive quick assistance.

Gee --- I'm impressed that someone noticed. And yes I am angry.

I have an email in box full of the automated replies (as in machine generate)

While you wait for a response, I suggest you enjoy the forums and fansites. My personal favorite is www.minerbumping.com because there are hundreds of inspiring and cheerful articles to read.

Or, you could shut down your computer and enjoy a good book with a nice cup of tea.

a packet got stuck in the pipe and they're waiting on a network plumber to snake it out

In order to have an inbox full of automated responses, you must have sent an inbox full of messages and ticket updates.

A larger volume of messages from your side won't advance your ticket in the queue any faster.

Unless you can sort it at your end (seems you can't), then you just have to wait. It can be frustrating, but crying on the forum doesn't help.

Just help me to understand this please....

Are you really claiming that patching your eve client also broke the routing for your browser (also lol IE)?

And just because your test did not finish you expect that it is definatly CCPs fault and under no circumstances could have anything to do with your ISP?

I assure you, gentle GD poster, that we are here to help. Have you tried formatting your hard drive and reinstalling everything?

Locking for ranting.

Also locking to protect OP from GD as this will not help.

OP, please post technical issues in the Issues, Workarounds & Localization as that is likely to get you more useful responses.
