C4 Relic/Data sites STILL BROKEN!!

It's been some months now, and still C4 WH's have been completely forgotten.

this site does not spawn. you kill the first wave, NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS.

Both relic/data sites where you have to scan a can DO NOT WORK.

Fix these already.
