anyway, it is stupid to bring a kronos to a c3....

Think that u can tank it with a drake..., a kronos is like.. to much, is better to dual account 2 cheap ships rather than bring a useless expensive Marauder

A Maelstrom could do the same cheaper too, even a t3 is better for the job.

You gave no clue how to pve in wspace. Please leave. The door is ----> way.

No reason to gimp your "gank" with warp core stabs... Only stabs you need on that thing are mag stabs.

The humor in this thread is abysmal. If you bring a marauder to a wormhole all by yourself, you will lose it before you finish your first site. Also, anyone who doesn't put a MJD on a marauder deserves to lose it the second they undock.

Actually marauders without MJDs are fine basically they act like they used to before the change its bastion that they really should always have because seriously that tank is pretty epic. And this mindset that all wormholes are perma-camped by crazed psychopaths is kind of silly if you scout out the wormhole before you actually do anything and keep eyes on dscan then you can pretty much warp anything off field before it gets dropped.

Oh, Do go on... no seriously ive got nothing better to do then listen to all the petty arguments and feeble trolling attempts...

The sad thing is i'm not sure if i'm telling the truth.

Not only they are a must, the bastion mode makes them almost ungankables. You only need to bring a friend for support and laugh at the wanna be gankers. The best one that I saw was a Tengu helping a paladin.

Jesus i just had to log in to post.

The amount of troll in this post is amazing :)).

Use the kronos, have eyes on the wh (whs) you have in your c3 (maybe just sit an alt there and watch it, and listen to the wh activation sound, making sure you also are alone in your hole to begin with).

The Bastion module is a bit of a problem yes because of the 1 minute cycle but meh, you should be running the sites pretty fast.

Then comes the issue of salvagers. Even if you can start salvaging pretty easy at L4 salvaging with your marauder, having T2 salvagers is gonna make your life a lot easier.

Have a mobile depot and a tractor unit with you with some mods you might want to swap out in case stuff goes down.

MJD is kinda useless if you get scrammed, which usually happens if some "friendly" neighbours come by and visit. It doesn't hurt to try thou.

Warp core stabs is gonna ruin your locking time and range (dont'). It's gonna eat a 40% out of your max targeting range and scan resolution.

You will want the marauders skill to l4 as the kronos has bonus to tracking.

Just some info.

Cheers! o7

On behalf of w-space, I'd like to thank you in advance for tackling yourself.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

The only intelligent post in this topic and I'm the only one to like it. Come on people stop being bad!

On a serious note, I do C3 and C4 anom in a Kronos, here are a few recommandation:

- Fit railguns for C4 and blasters for C3 (C4 tend to be longer range)
- NO MJD: if you are to get tackled, you WILL get scrammed
- 2 tracking computer, 1 web (mendatory against frigs)
- 2 set of light drones (warrior or hobs)
- If you farm you own hole, put in critical all exits
- If you farm your static, put an alt on every w-space entrance (you shouldn't farm if you can't scout all entrance) LS, HS and NS exit aren't that much dangerous
- Kronos and other marauder can solo all C3 with T2 mods. C4 require a deadspace armor repair or Marauder at 5. You shouldn't spend more than 1.5 for your fit (mine is about 1.3-1.4, it's actually less than my friend's PVE Legion...)
- If you are going to use a Marauder to farm (cause you are cool obviously), expect to loose it someday.

Here are the fits

The ranges in the C3 anoms can be quite bothersome:
- The Oruze Construct is mostly handled at 80km+
- Most of the waves on the other sites spawns around 50km out, there are a fair bit of ships that likes to circle around at those ranges aswell

This makes me think that a blaster Kronos soloing them is sub-optimal. While there's alot of adds that gets in close aswell makes the railgun version abit lackluster aswell. The best would be one of each, in that case, or if you're soloing, a Paladin fitted with pulse-lasers. But if you want to go with the Kronos, be sure to grab alot of null-ammo and be prepared to use the MJD alot. (If they're 50km+ away, jump over to close the distance).
And be mindful of any new signatures Lol

No matter how exactly you fit the Kronos, but make sure to have multiple depots, a trio of heavy smartbombs (to bomb dictorbubbles) and a full set of warpcorestabs in your hold. Then hope they got 7 or less points of scram on you.

Ignore her. Wormholes are perfectly safe and protected by CONCORD. And a Kronos is unkillable by anything in WHs, due to mass restrictions.

Bring it on in and you won't have any trouble at all making isk in that C3. The MJD is also not really that useful, due to the range of C3 sleeper sites. Drop it for some more DPS, as more gank than tank means it's done faster.
