"Look at me! I am evil and harsh and orthodox and all that!"

May I suggest we all just, well, don't look? As in, at this thread? Best way to protect those he kills for attention is to not pay attention.

Pieter we are both military men, Civire, Caldari loyalists. Our politics are slightly different. Im a Caldari nationalist, i supported Heths reforms. Heth lost his fight to keep power and make his reforms. Ive joined the militia, ive earned the rank of Brigader General, im still loyal to the State. Lets not let things escalate to this, where we consider each other a valid target. We may not agree on everything but who does.

Awoxers in the militia Pieter are the worst kind of capsuleer you can come accross. I want to be clear with you on this Pieter is that what you are suggesting. If you came across me in the war zone in the Caldari militia you would consider awoxing me.

Maker's breath, Horn-haan, I didn't mean YOU. You're a law abiding State citizen, holding a valid commission in the Militia and despite disagreeing with your politics, it's certainly your winds-given right to hold your beliefs. I wouldn't dream of firing upon YOU unless you fired upon me or mine first. Even then I'd rather disengage than actually destroy your ship.

I'm talking about Naupilus. His membership in the 24th IC certainly doesn't protect him from my launchers - something Fweddit remind me of monthly with their attacks on State Protectorate pilots.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Good to know that I can buy my way into paradise with the deaths of a couple million slaves. Just one question though, does your God do layaway, or do I have to sacrifice them all at once?

I misconstrued one of your ealier transmissions Tuulinen-Haan. Im glad that is cleared up Pieter. We are Civire, brothers in arms,i feel the same way as you, i wouldnt of wanted to fire upon you or yours.

I know all about Fweddit. Fweddit pilot who tried that with me, made a mistake picking on me. I waded into him, spilled his blood.
All Caldari love to fight, all real Caldari love the sting of battle.

May the winds blow strong for you and yours Tuulinen-Haan.

God does not accept sacrifices from everyone. He will accept my sacrifice because it was offered by a pure heart with the most noble of intentions — returning the holy Amarr Empire to the bloody conquest and Reclaiming that the Lord God has commanded of us.

Got it pure heart, conquest, noble intentions, and bloody reclamation. Actually, I really don't want to dwell there forever, how many slaves for a timeshare, and do I still need the pure heart and all that?

By that logic I'm now officially a saint.

From now on, you shall refer to me as Frederick the Divine and end every sentence with "your saintliness"

Yes. And there's no timeshares; the only alternative to Paradise is glorifying the Amarr God forever by your eternal destruction in Hell.

Ah, I already own stocks in that venture. I was looking to expand my holdings. I suppose I'll have to take over paradise by force then.

Don't you have to die first to go to hell? Cause you know, immortality and all that.

Just because you don't die when you get killed a few times, it doesn't follow that you're immortal in the way that you think.

I'm tempted to hope that the more barbaric treatment of slaves in the Empire (of which this man's actions are emblematic) lasts long enough that Nauplius has the opportunity to die and be reborn as one of them himself.

There is no reincarnation — you've got one shot, Paradise or Abaddon. I'm going to the former.

How do you know that reincarnation isn't just one looooong continuous "shot"?

Or maybe there's a set number, and when you lose your last life God tallies up all your good lives against your bad ones. So you probably get an odd number of lives (to avoid a tie). I'm gonna guess... twenty-seven? Twenty-seven sounds about right.

Some parts of this conversation have been omitted for clarity of discussion.
Some of the omitted parts have been deemed more at place in a leisure venue (possibly located planet-side in a mediocre extraction colony). Other parts where omitted for various technical reasons.

7. Use of profanity is prohibited.

The use of profanity is prohibited on the EVE Online forums. This includes the partial masking of letters using numbers or alternate symbols, and any attempts at bypassing the profanity filter.

26. Off-topic posting is prohibited.

Off-topic posting is permitted within reason, as sometimes a single comment may color or lighten the tone of discussion. However, excessive posting of off-topic remarks in an attempt to derail a thread may result in the thread being locked, or a forum warning being issued.
