This is not an auction and I'm not in a hurry so I will wait until they are both sold for 3 bil each.

Both pilots are extremely focused, no wasted SP!

Thanks for the offer but prices are fixed as I said on the first post. 1.5 bil hardly covers the transfer fee (2 plex) so I doubt you'll find it, but good luck and thanks for the bump.
