Station only currently. Containers suffer from the same situation. The "new" mobile structures can be manufactured at an equipment assembly array though.

Remove standings and insurance.

Any object that is deployable/anchored in space cannot be made in a POS. So POS structures, containers, deployables, etc.

I seem to recall somebody correcting me on that a while ago. Alas, I cannot seem to find the post.

I haven't tried building containers at a POS either. The only containers I ever build are station vaults, and I build those at or near the stations they are needed,

I've never tried building mobile warp disruptors either.
