We aim to have a controllable number of active members so we do not lose a sense of community that bigger corps can suffer from.

We require a minimum character age of 51 days before an application would be accepted however we are happy to assist and work with new pilots until they meet that requirement - with access to a dedicated training academy for new players and links with eve university pilots in our area of operations.

Our core activities are based in High Sec - Gallente Space however we do operate in low security, WH and 0.0 areas which while bringing many benefits does add risks for less experienced players.

We are a small PVP corp in NPC space and we have a fair few newish players. By that I mean they may not be new to the game but are new to PVP.

We are able and willing to help with advice, ship fits and a SRP program so you won't waste to much isk on ship losses.

The alliance has fleet doctrines for you to aim for and we have a lot of fleets both large and small so there is always plenty going on.

If you are interested in some small gang pvp out of a C4 wormhole you are welcome to evemail me for more info. There is also lots of room for you to do industrial type stuffs, including the option for you to have your own POS.

Our CEO has also just got another baby, so we are also quite used to people going afk because they got puked on :)

We've got a number of fellas in similar circumstance as you find yourself, or have gone through it themselves, being a 30+ corp. We know the demands and limitations you've got, which is why the corp I'm in has a strong RL-first policy. One fella had his firstborn last week, another is has twins due in a few months. No CTA's around here; toddlers provide plenty enough of that.

On the other hand, we try to offset our casual-friendly time demands with a culture of being competitive and sociable when we're on and available, to pitch in with the group when the opportunity is there. Especially in the context of PVP - our area of focus.

In terms of PVP, there's been good action on our doorstep lately, some of which just concluded, but there's always more coming down the pipe. And neutrals are always just 3 jumps away from our market hub as well, so it's never too quiet.
