So I have a sec status of 5 and have for quite a while, then I read here on EVElopedia https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Security_status that I can increase it further by using these 2 concord agents. So I have finished the mission with Christer Fuglesang in Autaris but have not seen a sec status increase. What's up with that? everything i read says I should get an increase.

its likely from before concord standing and sec status were made into two separate things.

im not seeing any concord standing either, i gained nothing

And did you check whether Christer and Jeremy still work for CONCORD?

according to several websites they work, or at least Christer is supposed too

The question is not whether they work. They do.

The question is whether they still work for CONCORD. They don't.

It is no longer possible by any means to get a sec status over 5.0, unless you already had it before the changes.
