Great starter package for Caldari FW or even just a PVP oriented pilot. Alt that has been training only (no combat record) for several months toward FW, but since I will never get the time to fly him, looking to simply offload.

8 skills at V, 57 known, 5.1M SP
- 1.1M in Engineering (Energy Grid and Wpn Upgrades at V)
- 1.9M in Spaceship Command (able to fly HAC)
- Gunnery V, Small Hybrid V, Small Blaster Spec IV, working toward Large Blaster Spec.
